How much spam is Mollom processing?
At the time of writing this post Mollom has caught 31,930,404 spam messages since it started, is processing content from 5,621 websites and the average efficiency is 99.93%. This means that only 7 in 10,000 spam messages were not caught. On average, 81% of all messages are spam. You can see a full scorecard here at the Mollom site.
Why is it important that Mollom's userbase grows?
Mollom is a so called intelligent software, it learns from processing data and with that gets better at it's job when more data is processed.
